What makes your artwork unique?
Quality is of the upmost importance here at Ali Marlis Art. Whether the artwork is an original painting or reproduced print, only the highest quality, professional-grade materials are used.
Each of the fine art images goes through an extensive process that requires days of creating, varnishing/finishing, photographing, color correcting, formatting, and choosing appropriate display options.
Apart from the materials, each piece of artwork is created with the intention to offer you something unique and beautiful to your space. If the piece does not meet our strict 11-point criteria guidelines, it is not offered.
What are my shipping options?
Shipping is offered to all 50 United States. International shipping is coming soon...Meanwhile, domestic Economy Shipping is offered on all products.
UPS Economy Shipping: 2-5 business days
Rates vary depending on product(s) ordered, as follows:
- Orders Up to $499 : $12.95
- Orders $500-$599 : $24.95
- Orders $600-$799 : $35.95
- Orders $800-$1,499 : $85.00
- Orders $1,500+ : $135.00
How soon do you ship?
Original Artwork: Like all good things, oil paintings need special care and can take weeks to completely dry. However, most paintings aren't listed until they're ready (or very close), so they typically ship within 3-4 days after the order is placed.
Canvas and Fine Art Prints: Each print is created on demand. Orders are shipped within 3-4 business days after the order is placed.
Do you offer RUSH service?
Rush orders are not available, however, you may choose an expedited shipping method to receive your products faster.
How do I get FREE shipping?
Free shipping is offered exclusively to email subscribers. Join the "Self-Love Club" and you'll receive a code to claim free shipping on your first order.
What is your return/refund policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Personalized paintings cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

What payment methods are accepted?
You can choose to pay via a vast number of options, including: Visa, Amex, Apple Pay, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, and Shop.
What's the actual size of the framed products?
Framed Fine Art Prints are mounted with a 1 inch matboard, placed in a 0.875" frame.
Matboard will slightly overlap image and cover 0.125" (1/8 inch) on each side of the artwork. Frame will overlap matboard by 0.25" on each side.
So, the final framed print size will be 1.5" larger on each side.
For example, a 16" x 20" print will result in a 19" x 23" framed print.
Framed Canvas Prints are true to size regardless of the frame size.
Can I order a custom painting?
Absolutely! Collaborate with Ali to create a personalized painting that showcases your pet, your spirit animal, or make your restaurant, office, or retail store stand out with custom artwork designed to enhance your brand.
Options include:
- paper or canvas
- 16" x 20" or larger
- Pricing starts at $975 (for paper) and $1050 (for canvas)
